very pissed off now!!!!!
reached home and mum handed me a brown envelope. its the letter i've been waiting for since April 2010. The convocation information and things we need to do before convo. However, i dont feel happy after i go thru the letters, forms. and the most pissed me off is the due date of payment. its next monday (Isnin - 21st June 2010). The letter dated 31st May 2010. Today is 15th June 2010. wow!!!!!!! They used half a month to send the letter to us! *clap* very efficient right?? That is UCSI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they r fast in collecting money, yet slow in distributing information/ slow in everythgs other than COLLECTING money from us (the students, anyway, im ex-student)
they really pissed me off.
i have been waiting for the convo for a year. A YEAR. such a lousy management. only once a year got convocation. students who missed that batch will need to wait for a year. waited for a year, they made the dates to get gown, return gown, make payment on WEEKDays! its ok to have it on weekdays, but not in short notice! and i need to WASTE my leaves jz to entertain them (the convo thingy).

Totally agree with you.. Stupid!!! I received on Friday (18 June 2009), even making payment using Maybank2u is not able to clear by Monday!! HILARIOUS!!
And, that is really a "kind" way to treat us after waiting for one year for the convocation. Can't they just send us sms or even giving a call to reconfirm?? Sucker!!
Somemore, the person in charge is some outsource photography studio!! WTF!!! I tot it was suppose to manage by UCSI?? Whatever. Sound like they just hand over our convo thing to other person like a trash!! F!!
